Recognition programs
Recognition at Infobip is a core part of the culture, not an afterthought. The company operates a two-track recognition framework that runs throughout the year at multiple organizational levels.
Performance recognition
Tied directly to results and business impact. Criteria are anchored to goals defined at the start of each performance review cycle. Engineers who exceed expectations in delivery, technical contribution, or cross-functional impact are recognized through this track. Recognition can take the form of financial awards or additional ESOP packages.
Values recognition
Celebrates Bippers who embody Infobip's 10 cultural principles in an exceptional way — going beyond job scope to demonstrate the behaviors the company wants to see more of. This track is explicitly peer-driven: nominations can come from anyone who witnessed the contribution firsthand, not just managers.
Both programs operate at multiple levels — team, hub, and company-wide — ensuring that impact at any scale can be recognized. The structure is designed to make recognition frequent, visible, and meaningful rather than reserved for annual ceremonies.
